This year in FBLA has been the best so far. As our community service project we helped raise money for The Sunshine School's building fund. We raised $900 and we also spent the day with them. We held the Hall of Fear at the Fall Festival and we had a great outcome. There was a line from the entrance to the other end of the gym. We had District and State winners this year. Ashleigh Huntsman placed first at both District and State. She will be competing at Nationals this June. Tanya Stewart placed second at District and competed at State. The community service project team, Erin Evans, Erica Hocott, and Shannon Laws, came in fourth at state. Michael Crandall came in fourth at District and also competed at State. The Parliamentarian Procedure Team, Lamanda Black, Ashaley Powell, Lacey Yingling, and Cristina Grady, also competed at State. This year's officers include; President-Tanya Stewart, Vice-President-Ashleigh Huntsman, Secretary-Ashaley Powell, Treasure-Erin Evans, Reporter-Jairus Gatewood, Historian-Alyssa Holst, and Parliamentarian-Erica Hocott. We all had a great time this year and we plan on having an even better time next year.
